4 Years Later...

This makes me giggle.  I didn't even remember this was out there... because, of course, I got busy.  And then busier.  But now ~ no ~ just kidding.  I'm still busy.  In fact, I am headed to play some music.  But first, I have to get Griffin (my 3 month old) ready for the gig.  And myself.

So, I think I will start this back up.  Because really, there is something to be said for doing something for yourself.  And I want to make sure I document some of this crazy life for posterity sake.

Whitney won't believe

It has taken me how long to actually begin my post?  Whitney may pee on herself when she sees that I have actually taken a moment to put thoughts down.  And time is one of the few precious things I have to offer.  It's sad, actually.  Whitney gave me a book for my birthday entitled "Take Time for Your Life"... 

This book has been sitting in my briefcase (for lack of a better word) since that day....

My birthday is in November.

So ~ while many may wonder ~ does she just not care??? Or is she really that busy???  Right now... I am thinking... maybe it's time to make time.  I am overwhelmed.  Exhausted.  And a little pissed off about the fact that I am overwhelmed and exhausted.   But thankful that I have a sister that "gets it"... and is always there to listen to me bitch and moan the entire time I am on the way to do something else that is absolutely taking up more of my time and energy...

Wow... this is kind of cathartic.  And may be the one thing I can do for me...
